Sammy the savings monster©, and friends, are committed to helping children learn how to manage money and save for their futures.
The Battle Creek Community Foundation is partnering with Calhoun County Elementary Schools to teach our children how to become financially literate. Sammy travels from school to school helping young people create savings accounts so that they can begin the journey to understanding money.
In the coming months we will be building a website that has education and games in the hopes of giving each child a leg up when it comes to their future finances.
